Issue #24

Welcome to Issue #24 of Sonic Postcards!

There has been an anomalous amount of phenomenal music coming out the past few weeks. The standout for me is “Palaces (feat. Damon Albarn)” from Flume. The track is part of an upcoming album by the same name that should be out this Friday by the time this lands in your inbox.

The other standout for the week is “Oldest Daughter” from The Wonder Years. The track is a sequel to “Madelyn” off of their 2013 release, The Greatest Generation (easily a top 5 all time album for me). Both tracks will put you in sad town for a bit, but put the band’s gift for storytelling on full display.
